OXFORD, Ala. (WBRC) - Oxford Police Chief Bill Partridge took to Twitter Sunday to spread word the the city will be opening it’s doors as a warming station ahead of incoming freezing weather. The move may be particularly helpful to some as many are still without power following Tropical Storm Zeta last week.
