COVID vaccine Illinois: Check map to see how many vaccinations in your county - WLS-TV

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The Illinois Department of Public Health is now publishing daily data on how many COVID-19 vaccines are being administered across the state and who is receiving them.

As of Jan 15, IDPH data shows 101,670 people in Illinois have been fully vaccinated against COVID. That's about 0.8% of the state's population.

In total, Illinois has received 995,000 vaccine doses. Of that, 447,348 doses have been administered, about 45% of doses received.

Broadly speaking, places with larger populations have vaccinated more people. However, places with smaller populations have vaccinated a greater percent of their population.

Counties/areas with the most people fully vaccinated
1. Chicago - 21,762 people are fully vaccinated (0.8% of people)
2. Suburban Cook - 21,102 people. (0.8% of people)
3. DuPage - 11,418 people (1.23%)
4. Will - 6574 people (0.95%)
5. Lake 5589 people (0.8%)


Counties with highest percent of people fully vaccinated
1. DuPage - 1.23% of people fully vaccinated. (11,418 people)
2. Know - 1.17% of people. (587 people)
3. Winnebago - 1.10% of people. (3135 people)
4. Clinton - 1.07% of people. (403 people)
5. Kankakee - 1.04% of people. (1147 people)
