While 2020 was a crazy year, 2021 will be off to a monstrous start because a bunch of gigantic prehistoric creatures will invade parts of Southern California.
Jurassic Quest Drive-Thru Experience, a national dinosaur touring exhibit, will stomp its way to the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena from Jan. 15-31, the OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa Feb. 5-14 and Fairplex in Pomona Feb. 19-28.
Those who drive back in time to the land of reptiles will see more than 70 moving and lifelike dinosaurs roaming around parking areas that have been partially transformed into a Jurassic-era environment.
The dinosaur safari will include herds of dinosaurs as well as a massive 80 foot-long Spinosaurus, which will swing its mighty tail at cars driving by. There will also be prehistoric marine creatures such as a 50 foot-long Megalodon, a gigantic shark that makes the shark in “Jaws” look like Nemo.
Tickets are $49 per vehicle with up to eight people allowed per car and can be purchased at jurassicquest.com.
