We have all had to face some kind of fear we have incorporated into our beings. The lockdown has had such an impact on so many aspects of our lives and encouraged this fear to present itself in our dreams for the sole purpose of ridding ourselves of it.
Dear Dream Retriever: I have been dreaming about babies. One died and I brought one back to life by praying over her. The other dreams are that I’ve had babies, and in one, I dreamt I had the baby and there was blood everywhere. I had just delivered her and my deceased brother was holding her.
In two other dreams I had of babies, I didn’t really take care of them like I would a baby! I left one on the floor while I was cleaning and the other one unattended on a bed! In my dream, I ask myself, “Why am I being like this when I would never treat a baby like this?”
All the babies in the dreams are girls. I usually have very vivid dreams. I can smell, hear, and sometimes feel! — Louisa
Dear Louisa: Babies represent new beginnings, and one new beginning in particular that your dream is referring to is one that you thought was lost and was able to revive by keeping your faith and patience.
Blood represents life force, and your deceased brother (representing lost knowledge) is reminding you to overcome your fear and live. I believe it represents you being reminded that you have overcome fear before and you need to remember that.
Masculine energy handing you creative energy is saying take what you know and go forward with it. So you have been ignoring and even endangering this new beginning, and you realize this is not you, although in your dream you needed to remind yourself of this. This could be what it is all about.
All the babies are girls, and that’s what makes me say it is about your ability to start over. It is the focus of the dream, and that is new creative, or feminine energy. This dream is saying you have the knowledge, or masculine energy, to do the things you are supposed to do to encourage this new beginning, but you are not doing it. Masculine energy is what you know, and feminine energy is what you do with what you know.
